Director, AI Strategy and Product Management

What you'll do

• Establish a shared vision and cohesive strategy for AI products or platforms.
• Develop and execute a clear product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influence the architectural roadmap while balancing technical implementation, regulatory requirements, and profitability.
• Prioritize customer needs and experience in all product requirements and decision-making.
• Define and monitor success metrics using usability studies, research, and market analysis.
• Standardize workstreams for analytics, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage product profitability and make key budgetary decisions.
• Lead operational mechanisms like Product Reviews and Business Reviews to drive execution and accountability.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience leading others.
• Experience at a regulated fintech, bank, or payments company (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI practices (preferred).
• Background in product management, software engineering, or operational process improvement (preferred).
