Director, AI Engineering and Enablement

What you'll do

• Architect and design scalable end-to-end GenAI applications using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Write production-grade code in Python and React to develop core features and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of engineers by managing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and technical mentorship.
• Implement Agentic AI solutions and autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and modular code architecture.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices while ensuring cloud resource cost optimization.
• Create comprehensive documentation for architectures, processes, and code to ensure system maintainability.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to provide strategic recommendations for the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proven experience developing and deploying enterprise applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced skills in Python and React.
• Familiarity with modern GenAI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of AI application lifecycle, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
