What you'll do
Define and execute a roadmap for Agentic AI systems integrating with existing ML platforms.
Lead the adoption of generative AI technologies to create differentiated customer experiences and internal solutions.
Architect and govern AI workflow automation pipelines connecting generative AI, agentic components, and traditional ML models.
Develop and mentor a 40+ member team responsible for feature engineering, agentic AI development, and ML Ops.
Establish responsible AI governance practices focusing on safety, bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance.
Collaborate with Technology and Product leadership to deliver AI/ML services for omni-channel front-end experiences.
Foster a product engineering culture emphasizing discovery, prototyping, continuous testing, and learning.
What we're looking for
Proven experience building and managing highly engaged AI/ML engineering teams (50+ members).
Extensive background in AI engineering, including agentic AI, generative AI, and ML automation.
Hands-on expertise with large language models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
Strong track record of leading the adoption and integration of generative AI technologies in customer experiences.
Demonstrated ability to architect and govern AI workflow and automation pipelines for end-to-end intelligent business processes.
Experience managing direct reports and mentoring others in engineering methodologies and best practices.
