What you'll do

Lead and grow a team of AI engineers to build foundational services and frameworks for agentic AI applications.
Drive the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale agentic AI capabilities within the company platform.
Design systems for LLM orchestration, experiment tracking, evaluation pipelines, and model gateways using reusable components.
Ensure robust engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident response for all services.
Align the generative AI platform with enterprise goals by partnering with security, data engineering, and DevOps teams.
Define strategic plans and goals that balance near-term needs with long-term platform investments for agentic AI.
Mentor AI engineers to improve technical skills and foster a culture of experimentation and excellence.

What we're looking for

Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred).
