Director 2 ERP Platforms (SAP)

What you'll do

• Define and own the multi-year SAP-centric ERP platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to corporate goals.
• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and harmonize core business processes across the global enterprise.
• Manage the SAP application lifecycle, including upgrades, cloud/hybrid hosting, and platform rationalization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for SAP, MES, and integrations, ensuring stability, performance, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Build and mentor a global team of approximately 300 internal staff and 120 partner resources.
• Manage a $130M annual ERP/MES investment portfolio, including capital and operating budgets and ROI analyses.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and executive business stakeholders to prioritize ERP strategy and delivery.
• Maintain compliance with Aerospace & Defense-specific requirements, including ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and CMMC.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a Top Secret security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) (preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in SAP ERP and enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles overseeing large, complex SAP environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading major SAP S/4HANA programs in Aerospace & Defense or similarly regulated industries.
• ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS, CAS, DCAA, CMMC/DoD cybersecurity.
