As the Global ERP Operations Lead, SAP Platform, you will lead global run operations for the SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems supporting critical business processes. You will manage incident, problem, and change management while establishing AI-enabled ERP operations and AIOps capabilities using telemetry data to improve system resilience and optimize costs. The role involves ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, GxP, SOX, and GDPR requirements while managing access, security patching, and vendor relationships through KPIs and SLAs. You will utilize SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, AWS cloud infrastructure, and ServiceNow tools to drive automation and modernization. This position focuses on maintaining a complex enterprise-scale SAP landscape within a regulated environment to ensure seamless system lifecycle management and operational excellence across the global organization.

Strengthen access management, segregation of duties, and security patching processes.
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and modernization across the ERP landscape.
Lead and develop a global team of internal and partner resources.
What we're looking for
A Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, Master’s degree and 4 years, Bachelor’s degree and 6 years, or Associate’s degree and 10 years are required.
High school diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience is an acceptable educational qualification.
Approximately 10 years of experience in enterprises and/or consultancy firms is preferred.
Proven success leading ERP implementation and operations in large, global organizations is preferred.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and RISE with SAP or non-SAP environments is preferred.
Experience managing complex system integrations and enterprise-scale SAP landscapes is preferred.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and ERP security/compliance frameworks in regulated environments is preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are required.
