As a Director 1 - Support & Training Integration within the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test organization, you will lead a multidisciplinary Integrated Product Team to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Sentinel product support portfolio. You will be responsible for training, maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, and support equipment planning from engineering design through sustainment. Your daily work involves defining long-term technical visions, managing cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management, and mitigating risks while partnering with suppliers to meet program objectives. The role requires expertise in product support, training solutions, and supplier management to solve complex sustainment challenges for the Sentinel weapon system. You will utilize skills in cross-functional leadership, strategic relationship building, and technical planning to ensure all contractual requirements are met on time and within budget.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Sentinel product support portfolio from design through sustainment.
Lead a multidisciplinary Integrated Product Team to deliver training, maintenance planning, and supply support outcomes.
Develop and execute long-term sustainment strategies and technical scope for system longevity and upgrade paths.
Influence product requirements and technical designs to ensure optimal maintainability and supportability.
Manage project performance regarding cost, schedule, and technical requirements using Earned Value Management (EVM).
Identify, mitigate, and capitalize on risks and opportunities within the program lifecycle.
Create and maintain master plans and integrated schedules to meet contractual requirements.
Partner with suppliers and manage strategic relationships to achieve program objectives.
What we're looking for
Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management, or a Master’s degree and 8 years of experience.
At least 3 years of experience managing people and leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead, IPT lead, or cost account manager.
Proven leadership of engineering cross-functional teams within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
Experience managing technical, cost, and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).
Ability to manage supplier relationships and partner with suppliers to meet program objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
