What you'll do

Integrate programmatic, contractual, and technical elements into the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Develop "what-if" plans and analysis to optimize program objectives and ensure schedule executability.
Manage all program master schedules in alignment with contractual requirements and major proposal efforts.
Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Master Schedules.
Provide execution visibility for contract requirements and track metrics for high-risk interdependencies like supply chain and engineering.
Develop and maintain specific plans for risk management, systems engineering, and resource planning.
Determine and manage program resource requirements while facilitating earned value management (EVM).
Coordinate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation with the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, or a master's degree and 8 years of related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of formal people leadership experience in a program-oriented environment.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Planning (WBS/IMP/IMS) on large-scale aerospace or defense programs.
Experience with enterprise-wide schedule integration tools.
Experience with Program Operations functions including Program Control, Scheduling, Contracts Negotiations, Subcontracts, and Data Center Facility Planning.
Experience with risk identification, assessment, and mitigation in a multi-discipline team setting.
Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluation.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
