Dining Technology & Systems Intern

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot dining technology, software, and equipment issues.
• Program and maintain digital menus and digital signage.
• Coordinate, track, and follow up on technology service tickets.
• Provide basic technology support and answer system questions for staff.
• Test system updates and new technology implementations.
• Communicate with vendors and support teams regarding service requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system information.
• Assist with technology-related projects and new system implementations.
