Digital Technical Product Manager Lead

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs and technology opportunities into actionable requirements, epics, and features.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial idea through market validation and execution strategy.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on research, market intelligence, and data-driven insights.
• Create business cases to quantify and defend investments in digital and technology products.
• Analyze performance against KPIs and KRIs to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and project statuses to senior leadership through compelling presentations.
• Manage risks and ensure all activities comply with internal risk and compliance policies.
• Mentor team members and serve as an escalation point to resolve emerging issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Expert knowledge of product management, business, technology, and UX processes.
• Experience leading teams to translate customer needs into requirements, epics, and features.
• Ability to manage complex product roadmaps from idea through market validation.
• Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving and reporting on performance against KPIs/KRIs.
• Skill in creating compelling presentations for diverse audiences including senior leadership.
• Experience leading digital transformations with quantifiable results (preferred).
• Military service or experience as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred).
