What you'll do

  • Translate complex business objectives into technical requirements, epics, and features for the development team.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to facilitate discovery and delivery strategies.
  • Quantify and defend product investments by creating business cases and communicating value propositions to leadership.
  • Analyze performance data against KPIs and KRIs to identify and implement product improvements.
  • Manage risks and ensure all activities comply with internal risk and regulatory policies.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders through the full lifecycle from initial idea to market validation.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and escalation support to team members regarding product execution.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree, 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years of experience.
  • 8+ years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience including strategy, innovation, UX, and analytics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technology platforms, data analysis, and research techniques.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Advanced experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
  • SAFe certification (preferred).
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
  • US military service or status as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred).
