Lead Digital/Technical Product Manager, AI Product Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead the AI delivery value chain from initial pilot stages through full production.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize project efforts and define technical solution designs.
• Create multi-year strategic roadmaps and multi-quarter tactical implementation plans for AI solutions.
• Manage feature-level work backlogs for cross-functional teams of data scientists and AI engineers.
• Guide the user experience and lifecycle of AI solutions, including onboarding and engagement.
• Quantify and defend product investments through business case artifacts and performance KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across the wider AI value chain.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members while acting as an escalation point for issues.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Must have 8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with an Advanced degree.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the AI development lifecycle, including data science pilots and engineering productionalization.
• Must have a proven track record of communicating complex business and technology concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Must have 5 or more years of experience setting KPIs and milestones in systems like JIRA and Clarity (preferred).
• Must have 5 or more years of experience in enterprise technology/engineering or Data Science at a major financial institution (preferred).
• Must have 8 or more years of experience delivering AI/ML products or mixed experience in AI technology and tooling (preferred).
• Must have US military experience through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred).
