Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead, AI Ops

What you'll do

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized use-case backlog for AIOps capabilities.
• Own the AIOps use-case backlog by documenting business-value cases and success metrics for every item.
• Make build-versus-buy and platform-selection recommendations for LLMs and AIOps-specific capabilities.
• Determine the organizational placement of specialized platform AI capabilities based on emerging technologies.
• Gather and synthesize requirements from internal consumers like Availability, SRE, and ServiceNow teams.
• Report use-case-level adoption and value data to the Assistant Vice President.
• Evaluate complex AI-specific tradeoffs involving LLMs, model risk, and AI governance to guide product decisions.
• Design and implement value-measurement frameworks to track adoption and business outcomes for emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Must have 5+ years of product management experience, including technical, data, or AI/ML products.
• Must have demonstrated experience writing and defending a prioritized backlog grounded in business value.
• Must have working technical fluency in LLMs, ML model lifecycles, and their practical limitations.
• Must have experience making build-versus-buy decisions and defining/tracking adoption or value metrics.
• Must be comfortable operating in a regulated environment with familiarity with model risk or compliance concepts.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX, 5 days per week.
• Must be able to work without immigration support (H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, etc.).
