Technical Product Manager Lead

What you'll do

• Establish a cohesive product vision and strategy for Developer Platform Engineering across CI/CD, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Lead a team of Technical Product Managers by managing their roadmaps, coaching them, and building a succession bench.
• Integrate cross-domain roadmaps into a single strategy while resolving trade-offs between innovation, regulatory requirements, and cost.
• Drive the adoption of agentic AI tools to reshape planning, building, testing, and releasing within the SDLC.
• Track developer experience using DORA metrics and other data points to drive platform excellence and prioritize requirements.
• Manage vendor and contract strategies for platform tooling, including high-stakes build-vs-buy decisions and migrations.
• Standardize engineering workstreams such as SDLC policies, library governance, and quality gates across the organization.
• Present technical platform strategies to CTO-level stakeholders by translating complex infrastructure into business and risk language.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing and developing product managers into high-performing operators while scaling teams through organizational change (preferred).
• Proven track record architecting and leading agentic AI adoption strategy at an organizational level (preferred).
• Experience operating in regulated environments where audit findings and compliance frameworks shape the roadmap (preferred).
• Track record of vendor and contract management at scale, including high-stakes renewals and platform migrations (preferred).
• Broad technical fluency across the full SDLC toolchain, from source control to deployment pipelines (preferred).
• Proven experience presenting to CTO-level audiences and translating platform strategy into business and risk language (preferred).
• Experience managing a platform on a meaningful scale, serving a 10,000+ internal engineering population (preferred).
