As a Digital/Technical Product Manager II (Mid-level), you will join the team responsible for a centralized decisioning and orchestration platform. What you'll do

Manage the discovery, delivery, and performance of a centralized decisioning and orchestration platform.
Create and maintain product roadmaps based on market intelligence and data-driven insights.
Operationalize event-driven decisioning through experimentation and continuous optimization.
Establish governance, performance measurement, and operational rigor to scale products across the enterprise.
Analyze product performance against KPIs and KRIs using data-driven problem-solving techniques.
Identify customer pain points and research industry best practices to improve product effectiveness.
Identify and monitor business risks in accordance with corporate risk and compliance policies.
Prepare data and presentations to influence key stakeholders and communicate complex concepts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
2 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience.
1 year of Customer Contact Channel experience within Insurance or Financial services industry (may substitute for 1 year of minimum experience).
Experience developing presentations to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
U.S. military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred).
