Digital/Technical Product Manager Senior

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain product strategies, visions, goals, and roadmaps based on market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Translate customer needs and technical opportunities into actionable requirements, epics, and features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-platform technology and digital solutions.
• Analyze product performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to drive improvements.
• Conduct user research and situational analysis to identify industry best practices and areas for optimization.
• Create and present business cases, investment recommendations, and complex concepts to senior leadership.
• Manage risks associated with business activities to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter resource to team members and assist with onboarding new employees.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 6+ years of Digital, Technical, Technology, or Product Management experience.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical audiences, and leadership.
• Experience partnering across business, operations, technology, analytics, user experience, risk, and compliance groups.
• Experience leveraging quantitative data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile, Lean Product Development, Lean Portfolio Management, or similar environments.
• Experience managing products supporting contact center operations or employee-facing operational functions (preferred).
