What you'll do

Lead large-scale software development projects by overseeing design, coding, testing, and implementation phases.
Provide architectural guidance to engineers based on best practices and corporate technology standards.
Conduct and oversee design reviews for Agile and Next Gen Architecture projects.
Perform code reviews for microservices and ensure the adoption of established design patterns.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and business risks to ensure project timelines are met.
Mentor and coach software engineering teams to improve technical skills and delivery quality.
Develop long-term strategies for technology choices that impact resource efficiency and system performance.
Communicate complex technical risks and progress metrics to business owners and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have 6+ years of experience in an Apps Development (Full Stack Development) role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
Must be a subject matter expert in one or more areas including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
Must have expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, PCF, and Akamai.
Must demonstrate knowledge of automating code quality, performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD.
Must possess advanced communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others across different business areas.
Must be able to lead, mentor, and coach software development engineers while managing large budgets and cross-functional projects.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance to resolve complex technical risks and project blockers.
