What you'll do

Manage a professional team including hiring, performance evaluations, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
Design, implement, and deploy high-quality software components that are secure, testable, and maintainable.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to direct reports to support their career development.
Conduct rapid and useful code reviews for changes submitted by other team members.
Improve development and testing processes to ensure operational excellence and software maintainability.
Manage department budgets, resource planning, and short-term project planning.
Assess business risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and internal policies.
Train new team members on software architecture, testing procedures, and customer requirements.

What we're looking for

6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role.
Senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expertise in one or more areas.
Expertise in technology patterns and techniques as they apply to internal and external cloud platforms like AWS, PCF, and Akamai.
Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
Knowledge of automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD.
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team including performance evaluations, hiring, and budget planning.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence colleagues and external customers.
