The Digital Security Leader serves as the primary cybersecurity authority for the site, leading all aspects of information security, cybersecurity, and application governance. Working within the digital team, this individual manages daily cyber operations, oversees incident response, and ensures compliance for all devices, technologies, and applications. Key responsibilities include maintaining warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS), managing IT and OT assets, and driving a site-wide cybersecurity culture to mitigate risks that could hinder shipping capabilities. The role requires proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including SQL and Power BI for data analytics. Candidates should possess knowledge of databases and potentially experience with programming languages like MSSQL, PHP, C, C++, or Python. This position addresses critical infrastructure protection and operational continuity within a large-scale manufacturing and distribution environment.
Serve as the primary authority for information security, cybersecurity, and application governance at the site.
Act as the first point of contact and lead responder for all site information security incidents.
Maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and other compliance systems like Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
Manage IT and OT asset inventory, including device compliance, whitelisting, and operating system management.
Drive the site's cybersecurity culture and "digital safety" initiatives to reduce operational risks.
Lead digital projects and execute technical enhancements in partnership with the Site Leadership Team.
Develop and execute a site cybersecurity action plan that aligns with the broader digital master plan.
Participate in global communities of practice to implement best practices for cybersecurity and application governance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields, or 4+ years of relevant cyber security experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead key safety systems and influence all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite including data analytics tools like SQL and Power BI.
Background or previous experience with both Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
Ability to work onsite in Jackson, GA five days per week.
Prior warehousing or manufacturing work process experience (preferred).
Successful completion of a formal Programming Language course such as MSSQL, PHP, C, C++, or Python (preferred).
