Digital Ops, Associate Tester

What you'll do

• Review technical requirements to analyze testing approaches and content for project deployment.
• Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements and prepare testing solutions.
• Lead test planning, documentation, execution, error reporting, and error verification.
• Conduct regression testing in accordance with established control guidelines.
• Support existing business applications and provide end-user training and documentation.
• Adhere to software development life cycle methodologies and internal Change Management controls.
• Perform quality and acceptance testing in collaboration with Digital and business test groups.

What we're looking for

• High School diploma with five years of relevant work experience.
• Clinical Trial experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SDLC, and AI platforms (preferred).
• System testing experience with digital technology including eCOA (preferred).
• Experience with system testing, writing test documentation, and script writing (preferred).
• Experience working with IT Developers on system enhancements and new functionalities (preferred).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening.
