Associate Integration/Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Define and synthesize test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, reports, and test case designs.
• Execute functional testing at the system, CCA, and component levels while documenting results.
• Perform scripting and troubleshoot software/hardware issues using specialized tools.
• Configure and document hardware and software systems to perform verification and validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and create corresponding corrective actions.
• Analyze failure trends to identify and resolve issues quickly for the operations team.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Applicants may have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field within the last 12 months.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens to obtain the required security clearance.
• Experience performing systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes is required.
• Ability to develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, reports, flow, and case designs.
• Proficiency in using software tools, scripting, and performing software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and execute system, CCA, and component level functional testing.
• Capability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
