What you'll do

Identify opportunities for digital transformation by partnering with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain stakeholders.
Drive the adoption of Mendix low-code solutions and AI capabilities across the manufacturing network.
Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications using Agile methodologies.
Manage the Mendix application lifecycle including backlog prioritization, development, support, and retirement.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and shop floor assistants.
Develop business cases and value realization frameworks for digital manufacturing investments.
Ensure all technology solutions comply with SDLC, CSV, GxP, and cybersecurity requirements.
Document current-state and future-state business processes through stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems, Digital Manufacturing, Supply Chain Systems, or related fields.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations within regulated environments.
Experience delivering technology solutions using Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with Mendix low-code platform (preferred).
Experience supporting MES, ERP, or Manufacturing systems (preferred).
Experience with Artificial Intelligence and GenAI use cases (preferred).
