The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position within the Technology team responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. What you'll do

Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities to meet business goals.
Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow knowledge.
Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts while allocating their work.
Assess business risks to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

8+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in Python, Java, Angular, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree (preferred).
Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and GenAI platforms (preferred).
