Digital IT Program Manager

What you'll do

• Provide leadership, management, and direction for programs and investments across the Digital Technology portfolio.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach Project Managers to resolve conflicts and manage risks within their assigned projects.
• Implement the Digital Tech operating model and lead transformation initiatives for AI-enabled programs.
• Manage program budgets, including capital and expense tracking, resource utilization, and vendor procurement.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executive leadership and various stakeholders.
• Manage issues, risks, and changes using established Project Management Office tools and processes.
• Improve scheduling techniques and enforce standards to identify critical paths and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and execute strategic road-mapping for the maturity of IT PMO practices and policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related discipline, or an equivalent Project Management certification.
• 10+ years of experience in a Project and/or Program Management role with a background in team development and PMO leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in an information technology capacity involving applications, databases, networking, and telecommunications.
• Experience leading large and diverse IT project teams in a matrix environment including internal resources and vendors.
• Experience managing program level and project financials, schedules, scope, and risks using established methodologies.
• Proficiency with Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of multiple systems development life cycles, including Iterative, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Experience in procurement management for large projects, including vendor selection and performance monitoring.
