The Digital Integrator, Material Management serves as the digital lead and business integrator for material-related processes and data within Cell & Gene Therapy and Biologics Advanced Development. This role is responsible for developing an end-to-end digital material management strategy to ensure consistent definitions, inventory visibility, and traceability across development laboratories, pilot plants, and supply chain interfaces. The position bridges the gap between scientists, manufacturing, and IT by integrating data across MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP systems. Key responsibilities include defining system-of-record boundaries, designing connected workflows to minimize manual handoffs, and driving digital transformation to create a trusted material record throughout the product lifecycle. The role requires expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory informatics, with specific experience integrating execution systems while managing complex cross-functional requirements for GxP-compliant operations and advanced data analytics.
Define and maintain a comprehensive material management digital strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy.
Establish clear system-of-record boundaries and data ownership across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS platforms.
Design and implement connected material workflows to minimize manual handoffs and duplicate data entry.
Ensure consistent material master data, terminology, and metadata are embedded at the point of execution.
Resolve gaps in material visibility, traceability, chain of custody, and inventory management.
Translate complex cross-functional requirements into practical user stories, process designs, and implementation plans.
Drive the adoption of standard material management processes through training and change management initiatives.
Continuously improve the digital roadmap based on operational performance, user feedback, and data quality.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, laboratory informatics, supply chain, or material management environments.
Experience working with and integrating execution systems such as MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP.
