Digital Innovation Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the operating rhythm of the Digital Innovation portfolio including planning cycles, governance forums, and leadership reviews.
• Track progress across AI, analytics, and automation initiatives while identifying and escalating risks with specific recommendations.
• Translate complex project data into concise executive updates, dashboards, and decision-ready materials for leadership.
• Design and manage the Jira environment to serve as the primary system of record for all portfolio status.
• Drive user adoption of work management tools through training, documentation, and consistent team onboarding.
• Execute change management strategies to ensure new digital capabilities become lasting habits across the organization.
• Champion responsible AI practices and ensure measurable value is realized from newly implemented technologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, business operations, or a closely related role.
• 5+ years of experience supporting digital, AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience deploying or administering a work management platform such as Jira, including driving adoption across teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a complex, global enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in executive communication and data storytelling to translate complex information into decision-ready reports.
• Knowledge of the ADKAR model for adoption and change management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Collaboration tools such as M365, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Teams.
