Business Operations Innovation Manager

What you'll do

• Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across global functions to improve performance and scalability.
• Redesign business processes using automation-first and AI-enabled approaches in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
• Design and implement automated workflows and AI-assisted solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
• Conduct rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts to validate new ideas and innovative technologies.
• Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience are required.
• Experience in business process improvement, transformation, analytics, operations, supply chain, consulting, or related fields is required.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows, copilots, agents, automation solutions, or business applications is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or similar low-code technologies is required.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, SQL, or modern data platforms is required.
• Experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, innovation programs, or rapid prototyping initiatives is required.
• Experience in supply chain, sales operations, customer operations, logistics, or global business operations environments is required.
