Digital Banking Operations Director

What you'll do

• Design and manage the operating model to govern organizational planning, execution, and accountability structures.
• Manage P&L accountability for a $100M+ organization by tracking spending, headcount allocation, and financial discipline.
• Develop workforce distribution plans and conduct variance analyses to ensure resources align with strategic priorities.
• Establish scalable processes and governance structures to facilitate decision-making across Product, Engineering, and Technical teams.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into organizational health and progress toward goals.
• Align cross-functional teams including Finance, Risk, and Compliance on shared priorities and execution plans.
• Partner with HR to lead hiring plans, organizational design, and long-term talent development strategies.
• Drive special projects and initiatives to remove blockers and improve overall operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 12 years of operations leadership or program management experience in large-scale technology organizations.
• Proven success managing a $100M+ P&L or large business unit including resource management and execution at scale.
• Experience designing operating models, organizational processes, and governance structures that scale while maintaining agility.
• Strong background in cloud engineering, platform operations, or digital product development.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across functions to drive alignment at the executive level.
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
