What you'll do

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle of large-scale products and platforms.
Grow and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while building the foundations for the TPM practice.
Simplify technically complex information to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Own the business or technical vision for large and complex programs to ensure business impact.
Secure commitments on deliverables and unblock cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Manage technical programs within a highly regulated environment using Agile delivery methodologies.
Design and build data-intensive solutions using distributed computing and cloud architecture.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs.
7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
