The Director, Technical Program Manager - Bank Tech joins the Bank Tech TPM team to lead high-priority, complex cross-domain initiatives. What you'll do

Lead high-priority cross-domain initiatives to modernize banking platforms and the delivery lifecycle.
Integrate bank data and mature the data ecosystem to power internal and end-user AI use cases.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the entire delivery life-cycle.
Manage and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while building the TPM practice.
Drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Own the business or technical vision for large, complex programs to land measurable business impact.
Secure commitments on deliverables and unblock cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building scalable platforms, products, or services to identify and mitigate risks.
Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs and build the TPM practice.
7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/architecture, preferably AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
