As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will join the team to manage systems and services that provide reliable and scalable solutions for high-visibility web applications. You will work cross-functionally with product teams to create cloud architecture designs based on project requirements, develop processes around new technologies, and implement innovative CI/CD methods. Your daily work involves proactive monitoring, analyzing metrics, and troubleshooting within hybrid cloud and on-premises environments including AWS, VMware, and Azure. You will manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, or Fargate while utilizing tools like Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and Chef. The role requires proficiency in Linux and Windows systems, experience with CDNs and load balancing, and knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Nodejs, Golang, Python, or Rust to support the core real estate information platform.

What you'll do

Manage systems and services to provide reliable and scalable solutions for web applications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using the latest DevOps tools and innovative methods.
Monitor, analyze metrics, and troubleshoot system issues proactively.
Create cloud architecture and designs based on specific project requirements.
Develop processes and integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
Build infrastructure and solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree from an in-person, accredited, not-for-profit university.
7+ years of experience with automation skills including configuration management, scripting, IaC, and security.
7+ years of experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments such as AWS, VMware, and Azure.
Knowledge of at least one programming language including C#, Nodejs, Golang, Python, or Rust.
4+ years of experience managing highly available environments, CDNs, and load balancing technologies.
4+ years of experience with monitoring tools in areas of APM, synthetics, and RUM.
4+ years of experience managing containerized environments like Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
Experience using build and deployment tools such as Helm, YAML, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Chef.
