Lead DevOps Engineer As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will lead efforts to design, automate, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy. You will manage the migration from legacy tools to modern event-driven architectures while ensuring multi-tenancy isolation across studio environments. The role requires mastery of Python or Node.js, experience with API Gateways, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi. This position addresses complex infrastructure challenges within a multi-studio environment to support internal applications and specialized creative studio workflows.

What you'll do

Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS and GCP platforms.
Author Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and RFCs to drive architectural decisions and system integrations.
Establish "Golden Paths" for workspace administration, application governance, and data security across multiple studios.
Develop reusable libraries, modular workflows, and SDKs to improve internal developer experience.
Lead the migration of legacy collaboration tools to modern, secure, and scalable event-driven architectures.
Design multi-tenant systems that ensure isolation between studio environments while maintaining global standards.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Pulumi for serverless computing and API Gateways.
Mentor engineers and advocate for technical best practices to both engineering teams and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level platform initiatives with multi-disciplined teams.
Mastery of Python or Node.js and associated application frameworks.
Deep experience with APIs to develop differentiated solutions.
Ability to design for multi-tenancy and ensure isolation between studio environments.
Hands-on experience with serverless computing, API Gateways, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
Experience designing and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
High standard for technical documentation and the ability to advocate for best practices to engineers and executives.
Experience leading development for collaboration tools at a scale of 10,000+ users is preferred.
