What you'll do

Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS and GCP.
Author Technical Design Documents and RFCs to drive architectural decisions and system integrations.
Establish "Golden Paths" for workspace administration, app governance, and data security.
Create reusable libraries, modular workflows, and SDKs to improve internal developer experience.
Lead the migration from legacy collaboration tools to modern, event-driven architectures.
Mentor engineers and advocate for technical best practices to both engineering and executive teams.
Design systems for multi-tenancy to ensure isolation between different studio environments.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-level platform initiatives with multi-disciplined teams.
Mastery of Python or Node.js and application frameworks.
Deep experience with APIs and leveraging them to differentiate solutions.
Ability to design for multi-tenancy, ensuring isolation between studio environments while maintaining global standards.
Hands-on experience with serverless computing, API Gateways, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
High bar for documentation and the ability to advocate for technical best practices to engineers and executives.
Experience leading development for collaboration tools at a scale of 10,000+ users (preferred).
Contributions to open-source libraries or community tools (preferred).
