What you'll do

Provide direct technical support to merchants, partners, and developers on front-end and back-end issues.
Identify and resolve root causes of technical problems to improve overall troubleshooting effectiveness.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members using your technical expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bugs and improve product offerings.
Advocate for Enterprise merchants by prioritizing their specific needs and complex requirements.
Design and build products and solutions while maintaining internal documentation of best practices.
Contribute to strategy development and decision-making processes using your technical knowledge.

What we're looking for

Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, preprocessors, React, and TypeScript.
Proficiency in API technologies including REST, GraphQL, XML, JSON, HTTP, and tools like Postman or Insomnia.
Skill in server-side development using Ruby, Python, PHP, or Node.js with knowledge of OOP, MVC frameworks, and data architecture.
Experience managing complex codebases using version control systems like Git.
Proficiency with technical support tools including Observe, SQL databases, and Chrome Developer Tools.
Ability to communicate complex web development topics clearly in both internal and external communications.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and a methodical approach to addressing urgent issues.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent text conversations while engaging and empathizing with others.
