What you'll do

Provide direct front-end and back-end technical support to merchants, partners, and developers.
Identify and resolve root causes of technical issues to improve overall troubleshooting effectiveness.
Mentor and coach team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bugs and improve product offerings.
Advocate for Enterprise merchant needs to ensure high-priority issues are addressed.
Design and build products and solutions within your specific area of expertise.
Maintain internal documentation to share knowledge and establish team standards.
Contribute to strategy development and decision-making using technical expertise.

What we're looking for

Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, preprocessors, React, and TypeScript.
Proficiency in REST and GraphQL APIs, XML, JSON, HTTP protocols, and tools like Postman or Insomnia.
Server-side development skills in Ruby, Python, PHP, or Node.js with knowledge of MVC frameworks and data architecture.
Experience using version control systems like Git to manage complex codebases in collaborative environments.
Proficiency with technical support tools including Observe, SQL databases, and Chrome Developer Tools.
Ability to communicate complex web development topics clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and a methodical approach to addressing urgent issues.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent text conversations while engaging and empathizing with users.
