As a Developer Relation Manager - Edge AI and Robotics, you will serve as the primary resource connecting customers and developers to the Jetson software stack. You will build relationships across an ecosystem of ISVs, OEMs, ODMs, and robotics companies to drive adoption of the platform. Your daily responsibilities include guiding users through BSP, security, OTA, real-time workloads, and mixed-criticality systems while championing NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks. You will help developers deploy agentic pipelines, on-device LLM inference, and vision-language models for edge applications while feeding technical insights back to engineering teams to shape the product roadmap. The role requires expertise in embedded Linux platforms, kernel development, device drivers, and hardware-software ecosystems. You will solve complex integration challenges for autonomous machines, industrial systems, healthcare devices, and smart infrastructure using Jetson platforms and the JetPack SDK.

What you'll do

Build and manage relationships with ISVs, OEMs, ODMs, and robotics companies to drive adoption of the Jetson software stack.
Guide customers through technical integration of BSP, security, OTA, and real-time workloads for production deployment.
Help developers optimize performance for edge AI and robotics applications using NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks.
Enable the deployment of on-device LLM inference, vision-language models, and agentic pipelines on Jetson hardware.
Translate developer feedback and technical challenges into actionable insights for internal engineering and product teams.
Influence the platform roadmap by shaping product priorities, reference designs, and go-to-market strategies based on user needs.
Monitor the edge AI and robotics landscape to inform platform positioning and improve the overall developer experience.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in embedded systems, platform engineering, developer relations, or technical evangelism.
Solid understanding of embedded Linux platforms including BSP, kernel, device drivers, security, OTA, and real-time considerations.
Proven track record of building developer/customer relationships and driving technical adoption at scale.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex platform internals for developers and relay feedback to engineering teams.
Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Orin, Xavier) and the JetPack SDK.
Experience deploying agentic AI, on-device LLM inference, or vision-language models for edge or robotics applications.
