As the Developer Relations Manager - Edge AI and Robotics, you will serve as the primary technical resource for the Jetson Platform, connecting customers and developers to the full software stack. You will build relationships with ISVs, OEMs, ODMs, and robotics companies to drive adoption of BSP, security, OTA, real-time workloads, and mixed-criticality systems. Your daily work involves guiding users through integration to production, championing AI libraries, and enabling the deployment of agentic pipelines, on-device LLM inference, and vision-language models. You will translate developer insights into platform priorities for engineering teams. The role requires expertise in embedded Linux platforms, kernel, device drivers, and the JetPack SDK. You will solve complex integration challenges for autonomous machines, industrial systems, healthcare devices, and smart infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with ISVs, OEMs, ODMs, and robotics companies to drive Jetson SW stack adoption.
  • Guide customers through technical integration of BSP, security, OTA, and real-time workloads for production.
  • Help developers optimize performance for edge AI and robotics applications using NVIDIA AI libraries and frameworks.
  • Enable the deployment of on-device LLM inference and vision-language models on Jetson platforms.
  • Translate developer feedback and technical challenges into actionable product priorities and reference designs for engineering teams.
  • Monitor the edge AI and robotics landscape to inform platform positioning and improve the developer experience.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in embedded systems, platform engineering, developer relations, or technical evangelism in a hardware-software ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of embedded Linux platforms, including BSP, kernel, device drivers, security, OTA, and real-time considerations.
  • Proven track record of building developer and customer relationships and driving technical adoption at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex platform internals for developers and relay developer needs to engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms (Orin, Xavier) and the JetPack SDK (preferred).
  • Experience productizing or deploying agentic AI, on-device LLM inference, or VLMs for edge or robotics applications (preferred).
