The Senior Developer Relations Manager will lead developer and partner adoption of the NVIDIA Isaac GR00T end-to-end workflow. This role involves serving as a technical advisor for humanoid and general-purpose robot makers, research labs, and ISVs to guide them through architecting model deployment on robots. You will build and maintain deep expertise in robotics SDKs including Isaac GR00T, Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS, Newton, Isaac Teleop, and Jetson Thor. Key responsibilities include representing partner needs to internal research teams, accelerating partner workloads using core models, and tracking trends in VLA/WAM models and robot learning. The work focuses on the technical challenge of moving from human demonstration to deployed robot skills using a full-stack platform for data capture, synthetic trajectory generation, and foundation-model post-training.
Serve as a technical advisor to partners adopting the Isaac GR00T end-to-end workflow.
Guide robotic ecosystem partners in architecting model deployment on humanoid and general-purpose robots.
Provide internal feedback to NVIDIA product teams to influence future research and development roadmaps.
Maintain deep technical expertise in NVIDIA robotics SDKs including Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, and Jetson Thor.
Accelerate partner workloads using NVIDIA’s core models, frameworks, and libraries.
Track emerging trends in robotics and robot learning to inform reference architecture evolution.
Support product launches and event marketing by developing ecosystem partner success stories.
What we're looking for
8+ years of professional experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or equivalent fields.
Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Technical background in at least two of: robot foundation models, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, robot simulation, synthetic data generation, or embedded/edge deployment.
Hands-on experience with robot learning frameworks (e.g., LeRobot, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo) and deploying models on embedded platforms like Jetson.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver complex technical engagements to technical and executive audiences.
Experience with real-world robotics deployment and direct experience post-training or deploying GR00T models (preferred).
Hands-on experience with humanoid or dexterous-manipulation platforms (preferred).
Experience with NVIDIA tools and libraries such as CUDA-X, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS, OpenUSD, Cosmos, and TensorRT (preferred).
