As a Senior Developer Relations Manager, you will join the team to drive developer and partner adoption of the Isaac GR00T end-to-end workflow. You will serve as a technical advisor for humanoid and general-purpose robot makers, research labs, and ISVs, guiding them through the journey from human demonstration to deployed robot skills. Your daily work involves architecting model deployments on robots, providing feedback to internal product teams, and tracking trends in robotics, VLA/WAM models, and robot learning. You will utilize a technical stack including Isaac GR00T, Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS, Newton, Isaac Teleop, Jetson Thor, MuJoCo, LeRobot, CUDA-X, OpenUSD, Cosmos, and TensorRT. This role addresses the complex challenge of creating a coherent platform for data capture, synthetic trajectory generation, foundation-model post-training, and real-time deployment in robotics.
Serve as a technical advisor to partners adopting the Isaac GR00T end-to-end workflow and model deployment.
Guide robotics ecosystem partners in architecting and integrating modular capabilities into their existing pipelines.
Represent partner needs internally to influence product roadmaps for Isaac, GEAR research, and Jetson teams.
Maintain deep technical expertise in NVIDIA robotics SDKs including Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, and Jetson Thor.
Accelerate critical partner workloads using NVIDIA’s core models, frameworks, and libraries.
Track emerging trends in VLA/WAM models and robot learning to inform reference architecture evolution.
Support product launches and marketing activities by developing success stories from ecosystem partners.
What we're looking for
8+ years of professional experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or equivalent fields.
Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Technical background in at least two areas: robot foundation models, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, robot simulation, synthetic data generation, or embedded/edge deployment.
Hands-on experience with robot learning frameworks and tools like LeRobot, Isaac Lab, or MuJoCo.
Experience deploying models on embedded platforms such as Jetson or comparable hardware.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver complex technical engagements to both technical and executive audiences.
Experience with real-world robotics deployment and post-training or deploying GR00T models (preferred).
Hands-on experience with humanoid/dexterous manipulation platforms, NVIDIA tools (CUDA-X, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS), or established robotics networks (preferred).
