What you'll do

Translate customer and program supportability requirements into actionable design requirements and verification plans.
Lead the preparation and review of ILS content for technical reviews and customer engagements.
Track design-integration actions, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely closure with stakeholders.
Evaluate design changes for their impact on lifecycle, cost, schedule, and fielding.
Maintain integrated schedules, metrics, estimates, and status reporting for Design Integration activities.
Identify gaps in technical coverage and documentation that could affect program readiness or sustainment.
Mentor team members and establish clear ownership across various ILS functional areas.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Fully proficient knowledge of Acquisition Logistics.
Strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and their effects on system design.
Knowledge of military and commercial requirements and specifications.
Proven conflict management skills (preferred).
