The Delivery Lead- Infrastructure Managed Services and IT Asset Management manages end-to-end service delivery, operational governance, and transformation initiatives for complex enterprise infrastructure environments. This role oversees multiple towers including End User Services, Network Operations, Data Center Operations, Server and Storage Administration, Cloud Operations, Database Services, Identity and Access Management, and Security Operations. The position involves managing Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management functions to ensure license compliance and cost optimization. Key responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing P&L budgets, and executing automation roadmaps using AIOps, ServiceNow, and observability platforms. Technical expertise required includes Windows and Linux platforms, VMware or Hyper-V virtualization, storage and backup technologies, enterprise networking, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role addresses infrastructure modernization, service stability, and complex asset lifecycle management for global clients.
Lead end-to-end service delivery for large-scale infrastructure programs across global enterprise environments.
Manage operational KPIs, SLAs, and XLAs while serving as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.

Govern the full lifecycle of hardware assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, and CMDB accuracy.

Drive modernization initiatives through automation, AIOps adoption, and cloud transformation projects.

What we're looking for
Must have valid US work authorization.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and building high-performance delivery organizations.
Experience leading Service Delivery Teams, Tower Leads, and Operations teams.
Experience with succession planning, training, and talent management.
Expertise in infrastructure operations including Data Center, Windows/Linux, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of IT asset management, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
Preferred certifications include ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Expert, PMP/PgMP, CISSP (preferred), and Microsoft Azure Certifications.
