Client Service Delivery Senior Manager – Infrastructure serves as a senior leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services across a portfolio of enterprise clients. This role involves managing hybrid cloud, on-premises, network, security, and end-user computing environments while acting as the primary executive relationship owner to ensure contractual SLAs are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading Executive Business Reviews, driving incident resolution with technical teams, overseeing ITIL-aligned service management lifecycles, and managing P&L for assigned accounts. The position requires expertise in infrastructure monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, and SolarWinds, alongside automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Candidates must navigate complex managed services environments to solve problems related to 24x7 service continuity, operational excellence, and proactive service improvement plans for large-scale enterprise clients across diverse industries.
Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for enterprise client accounts across managed services portfolios.

Ensure consistent achievement of contractual SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs while driving root cause analysis for underperformance.

What we're looking for
Must have at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing service delivery leadership role.
Must have at least 5 years of experience managing full-stack infrastructure including hybrid cloud, on-premises data centers, network, and end-user computing.
Must have at least 5 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar client accounts and P&L ownership in an MSP or outsourcing environment.
Must have at least 2 years of experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in a 24x7 operational model.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with infrastructure monitoring, observability platforms, and automation tooling like Ansible or Terraform.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications include ITIL v4 Foundation certification and experience in the energy sector.
