The AI Solutions Engineering Delivery Lead oversees multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, software engineers, and front-end developers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack AI solutions. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of AI models, including orchestrated applications involving Large Language Models, while driving experiment-driven development and rapid prototyping. The successful candidate will architect technical solutions, ensure quality control, and translate complex technical concepts into strategic business outcomes for senior stakeholders. Required expertise includes Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Langchain, Semantic Kernel, SQL, vector DBs, prompt engineering, and major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. The role also requires proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Git version control, and rigorous testing frameworks to solve complex business problems through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques within a professional service environment.
Provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple multidisciplinary AI solution delivery teams.
Architect and oversee the development of full-stack AI solutions including Large Language Model integrations.
Manage the entire lifecycle of AI models from initial development through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Direct experiment-driven development to ensure rapid prototyping, testing, and operational excellence.
Establish quality control standards and drive continuous improvement of AI solutions in alignment with business goals.
Communicate complex technical solutions and strategic implications to senior business leaders and stakeholders.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience, including substantial experience in a senior technical leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proven track record of hands-on experience architecting and managing AI and machine learning solutions, especially with orchestrated LLM applications (preferred).
Proven specialization in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Langchain, Semantic Kernel, SQL, vector DBs, LLMs, and prompt engineering (preferred).
Proven specialization with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
Cloud foundational certifications are highly desirable (preferred).
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Git version control, and rigorous testing frameworks (preferred).
Experience translating complex technical solutions into strategic business outcomes and communicating with executive stakeholders (preferred).
