DCSC Automation Specialist

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automated scripts using Playwright or Puppeteer to extract user access lists from vendor data center portals.
• Build tooling to automatically compare portal-extracted user lists against the master Access Control List to surface discrepancies.
• Develop automated pipelines to compile audit-ready evidence packages for regulatory frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Implement LLM-based review passes to detect anomalous access patterns, such as dormant accounts or access creep.
• Create automated workflows for Jira ticket generation to handle onboarding, offboarding, and exception-only human reviews.
• Own the DCSC Portal as the operational runtime for all automation tools and maintain its stability and documentation.
• Manage a prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities based on time savings and compliance impact.
• Produce detailed runbooks for every automation to ensure operational knowledge is shared across the team.

What we're looking for

• Design and maintain automated scripts using Playwright, Puppeteer, or equivalent for browser automation. (preferred)
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in TypeScript for scripting, data wrangling, and API integration. (preferred)
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or equivalent) into production workflows for classification or anomaly detection. (preferred)
• Work with structured and semi-structured data at scale to normalize formats and produce clean outputs. (preferred)
• Build integrations with ticketing systems like Jira via REST API for automated ticket management. (preferred)
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers or similar edge compute platforms. (preferred)
• Familiarity with GRC/compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or ISO 27001. (preferred)
• Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
