The BA Specialist-Intelligent Automation joins the Intelligent Process Automation Lab to help scale delivery capabilities and drive automation opportunities. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's with 5 years of IT business analysis experience, a Master's with 3 years, a Technical Certification/College Courses with 7 years, or 9 years of experience.
Must have 2 years of experience leading projects.
Must have knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
Must have knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping using tools like ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, or iRise.
Must possess skills in project management, requirements definition, and SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and/or Scrum development.
Must have strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Preferred: Experience in Intelligent Automation (RPA, Generative AI, Agentic AI), Healthcare industry, and UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals certification.
