What you'll do

Implement and maintain DISA STIGs for Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB platforms.
Perform vulnerability scans, analyze findings, and remediate security weaknesses to ensure compliance with DoD and DISA policies.
Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and contribute to Authority to Operate (ATO) packages.
Conduct routine security readiness reviews and document Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) items.
Perform system updates, Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patching, and database recovery actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve database problems while modifying or creating scripts to enhance system support.
Develop and execute SQL queries for routine and ad hoc data requests.
Evaluate discrepancies against database SRG/STIG requirements and document recommended revisions.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least eight years of relevant experience.
Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Database Administrator.
Must have at least 5 years of Oracle Database Administration experience.
Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have hands-on experience installing, configuring, and upgrading RDBMS software.
Must have experience with procedural languages such as PL/SQL.
Experience with real-time, highly available data replication technologies such as Oracle Data Guard (preferred).
