What we're looking for
3+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
Experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including LLMs, agentic AI, data retrieval, cleaning, and evaluation.
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with scientific techniques like math, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering (or 7+ years experience without a degree).
2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL (preferred).
2+ years of experience with Distributed data tools, Machine Learning, NLP, or visualization packages like Plotly and Seaborn (preferred).
