What you'll do

  • Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models using LLMs and agentic AI technologies.
  • Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and accuracy testing for complex datasets.
  • Translate disparate data points into objective insights to advise clients on informed decisions.
  • Lead the development of algorithms and systems while guiding team members.
  • Create visual, written, and verbal narratives to communicate technical findings to non-technical leadership.
  • Identify system risks and articulate "go or no-go" criteria for stakeholders.
  • Work within classified networks to support Department of Defense or Intelligence Community clients.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
  • 5+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including LLMs or agentic AI.
  • Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
  • Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques like math, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with R, Python, SQL/NoSQL, distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Spark), or visualization packages (Plotly, Seaborn) (preferred).
