What you'll do

  • Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including tools leveraging LLMs and agentic AI.
  • Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, accuracy evaluation, and testing on complex datasets.
  • Develop algorithms and systems to turn disparate data points into objective answers.
  • Translate complex technical findings into graphical, written, and verbal narrative products.
  • Visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership to highlight system risks.
  • Guide teammates and lead the development of technical data science solutions.
  • Work with clients to identify specific questions and extract information from data-rich environments.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
  • 5+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including LLMs, agentic AI, and data retrieval.
  • Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
  • Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership and articulate system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques like mathematics, statistics, AI, or data engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques like mathematics, statistics, AI, or data engineering in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in algorithm development using R, Python, SQL, or NoSQL (preferred).
