What you'll do

  • Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models using LLMs and agentic AI.
  • Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and accuracy evaluation for complex datasets.
  • Develop algorithms and systems to turn disparate data points into actionable information.
  • Translate complex technical findings into visual, written, and verbal narrative products.
  • Visualize complex data concepts for non-technical leadership to highlight system risks.
  • Advise clients by providing a deep understanding of what their data means for decision-making.
  • Lead the development of technical projects and guide teammates in data science tasks.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
  • 5+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including LLMs or agentic AI.
  • Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
  • Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with R, Python, SQL, NoSQL, distributed computing tools, or visualization packages (preferred).
