What you'll do

  • Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models, specifically leveraging LLMs and agentic AI.
  • Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, accuracy evaluation, and testing.
  • Lead the development of algorithms and systems to solve complex data problems.
  • Translate disparate data points into objective answers to advise clients on informed decisions.
  • Visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership to highlight system risks.
  • Create graphical, written, and verbal narrative products from complex technical findings.
  • Provide deep understanding of data meaning and practical applications to clients.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
  • 5+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including LLMs or agentic AI.
  • Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
  • Ability to visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, AI, or data engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, AI, or data engineering in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL (preferred).
