What you'll do

  • Define and drive the AI and analytics strategy for Business Banking to create a competitive advantage.
  • Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and convert model outputs into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from initial ideation through production deployment.
  • Manage a multi-layered team of analytics leaders, data scientists, and analysts through coaching and talent development.
  • Drive measurement frameworks, A/B testing, and causal inference to improve customer experience and personalization.
  • Build competitive intelligence capabilities to monitor market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and vendor offerings for practical application within the business.
  • Deliver forward-looking analyses to inform strategic planning and product roadmap decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of progressive analytics experience.
  • Senior leadership experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary analytics teams, including managers and individual contributors.
  • Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, including experience moving solutions from prototype to production.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences and influence senior leaders.
  • Experience scoping and prioritizing a portfolio of analytical workstreams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Experience in business banking, consumer lending, or payments analytics (preferred).
