As the Head of Card Customer Analytics & AI Enablement-Executive Director, you will lead a multi-layered team of data scientists and analysts within the Card business to deliver advanced analytics solutions. What you'll do

  • Define and drive the AI and analytics strategy to identify high-value opportunities for generative and agentic AI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI and ML solutions from ideation through production deployment.
  • Lead analytics for customer experience, product design, portfolio performance, pricing, and targeting strategies.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, experimentation designs, and personalization strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Build competitive intelligence capabilities to monitor market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and executive-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layered team of data scientists and analytics professionals.

What we're looking for

  • Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of progressive analytics experience.
  • Senior leadership experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary analytics teams including managers and individual contributors.
  • Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, including evaluating emerging techniques and moving solutions from prototype to production.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
  • Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences to influence senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Experience with causal inference, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks at scale.
  • Experience in Card, consumer lending, or payments analytics (preferred).
  • Experience building or leading competitive intelligence functions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data architecture, MLOps, responsible AI principles, and Agile delivery methods (preferred).
