What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of analytics experience, a Master's degree and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience.
Must have extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
Must be proficient in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development and testing.
Must have expertise in deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
Must have a strong understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data governance principles.
Must possess proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Must have excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
Preferred: PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or related fields.
Preferred: Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
Preferred: Supervisory experience.
Preferred: Experience using open source frameworks such as scikit-learn, tensorflow, or torch.
Preferred: Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility best practices.
